How Rock Your Product® handles the information you share with us on this website, in plain English.

Who we are
Rock Your Product® ("Rock Your Product," "RYP," "we") helps consumer product brands grow in retail through ROS Amplify, 1:1 Advisory and RYPAI™. This notice covers rockyourproduct.com and the forms on it. Questions go to support@rockyourproduct.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us, plus basic information about how you arrived.
- Contact details: your name, work email, phone number (optional unless you apply for 1:1 Advisory at $1M or more in sales) and brand or company name.
- Your answers: what you are interested in (ROS Amplify, 1:1 Advisory or not sure yet), your role, an annual online sales range, where you are with retail, your product category, your biggest retail priority, when you would want to start and any note you add. We ask for ranges, never exact financials, and we ask you not to share confidential numbers.
- Consent records: whether you ticked the box to receive emails, calls and texts, the version of the wording you agreed to and when you ticked it.
- Form details: an application id, when you started and submitted the form, whether it was finished, the page you used and which next step your answers point to.
- Where you came from: campaign tags in the link you clicked (such as utm_source or utm_campaign) and ad click ids (such as fbclid from Meta or gclid from Google).
If you apply, we save your first answers after the second step, so a half-finished application is not lost. We never ask for Social Security or tax numbers, bank or card details, or passwords.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and review your application.
- To schedule a Strategy Conversation if you ask for one.
- To manage the ROS Amplify waitlist and tell you when it opens.
- To send marketing emails about Rock Your Product programs and retail growth. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we honor it.
- To call or text you only if you ticked the consent box. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.
- To measure and improve our website and ads.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They handle your information on our behalf:
- GoHighLevel, our CRM, which stores form submissions and sends our emails and, with your consent, texts. It also runs our booking calendar.
- Meta, only when the Meta Pixel is turned on, to measure our ads.
- Our website host, which serves the site and keeps standard server logs.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number or text consent with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we are talking with you or working together, and for as long as you stay on our email list. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we remove it unless we must keep a record by law, such as an opt-out record so we do not contact you again.
Your choices and rights
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Texts: reply STOP to any text.
- Access, correction or deletion: email support@rockyourproduct.com and tell us what you would like. We will confirm it is you and reply within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we will honor them.
- Cookies: use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page to accept or decline Meta cookies at any time. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to the people who need it. No website or system is perfectly secure, so please do not send confidential financials or passwords through our forms.
Children
This website is for business owners and professionals. It is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
