Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of rockyourproduct.com and any page, form, tool or content we publish on it (the "site"). The site is operated by Rock Your Product, LLC ("Rock Your Product," "RYP," "we," "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who the site is for

The site is for business owners and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form or buy anything from us.

Our content and trademarks

Everything on the site, including text, graphics, photos, videos, the five P’s framework, ROS Amplify™, RYPAI™ and the Rock Your Product® name and logo, belongs to Rock Your Product or its licensors. You may read, share links to and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, resell, republish, scrape or build products from our content without written permission.

Retailer, media and brand names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners. They describe where clients sell or where we have been featured, and their appearance does not mean those companies endorse or sponsor Rock Your Product.

Information is educational

Articles, videos, podcasts and other content on the site are general education about consumer products and retail. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice, and they do not create a client relationship. Talk to your own qualified advisors before making decisions for your business. Forms and communications

When you submit a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. How we use it is explained in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential financials, trade secrets or passwords through the site.

Programs and services

ROS Amplify™, 1:1 Advisory and RYPAI™ are governed by our Program Terms and by any written agreement you sign with us. If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. That includes trying to break its security, sending spam or harmful code, submitting false information, impersonating someone else, or using automated tools to copy the site or its data.

Links to other sites

The site links to outside websites such as podcasts, press articles, retailers and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error free or current, and to the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Rock Your Product and its owners, team and advisors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, unless a signed agreement with us says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
