How these terms work

These Program Terms apply to ROS Amplify™ membership, 1:1 Advisory and use of the RYPAI™ tools (the "programs") offered by Rock Your Product, LLC ("Rock Your Product," "RYP," "we," "us"). When you join a program you will also receive an enrollment agreement, proposal or order form. That signed document sets your specific price, scope and schedule, and it controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Fees and payment

Program fees, payment schedules and any payment plans are set out in your enrollment agreement. ROS Amplify™ has several levels of engagement starting at $10K, and 1:1 Advisory starts at $30K. Travel, lodging and event expenses are not included unless your agreement says so.

Cancellations and refunds

Refund and cancellation policy to be confirmed by Korie and counsel: the window to cancel, whether fees are refundable once onboarding begins, and how payment plans are handled if you leave early.

What we provide

We provide the education, advisory support, tools, introductions and events described in your program. Schedules, speakers, tools and formats may change as programs improve, and we will replace anything we change with something of similar value.

What you are responsible for

You are responsible for your business decisions and their results, including product safety and compliance, regulatory approvals, insurance, pricing, inventory, contracts with retailers and partners, and your own taxes. Our team advises and supports; your company makes and owns the decisions.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee retailer placement, purchase orders, sales, revenue or any other outcome. Please read our Earnings and Income Disclaimer.

Introductions

When your brand is ready, we make introductions to the discovery events, retail partners, rep groups and distributors in our network at the time, starting with the partners we have the closest relationships with. Handle the relationships those introductions create professionally and in line with any terms the partners set.

Intellectual property and RYPAI™

Our frameworks, trainings, templates, playbooks, recordings, software and the RYPAI™ tools remain the property of Rock Your Product. During your program you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own brand. You may not share logins, resell, record, copy or teach our materials to others. Your brand, products and data remain yours.

AI tools

RYPAI™ uses artificial intelligence. AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong, so review them before relying on them, and do not treat them as legal, financial or regulatory advice.

Confidentiality

We keep the non-public business information you share with us confidential and use it only to deliver your program. In group settings such as ROS Amplify™, members agree to keep what other members share confidential too. Counsel to confirm whether members also sign a separate confidentiality agreement.

Community conduct

ROS Amplify™ is a professional community. Members agree to treat others with respect, not to pitch or solicit other members without permission, and not to share other members’ information. We may remove anyone who does not follow these standards.

Recordings and your likeness

Live trainings and events may be recorded and added to the members’ library. By taking part, you agree that your voice, image and comments may appear in those recordings. We ask before using your name, story or results in public marketing.

Ending a program

Either side may end a program as described in your enrollment agreement. We may also end access immediately for non-payment, misuse of our materials or a serious breach of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a program is limited to the fees you paid for that program in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, unless your enrollment agreement says otherwise.
